She is a terrific listener and wants me to be happy with my hair every time. I welcome her creative ideas/suggestions but I  also appreciate that she listens and respects my preferences. When I first saw her I was a mess from coloring my own hair with multiple grocery store products. She didn't freak out, she calmly described the steps we would take to help me achieve a better look!  And 14 years later I'm still with her!  Being in Jenny's company is always an "uplift" and that is a side benefit that can't be underestimated!  She is a delightful human being as well as a skilled stylist! 5 plus all the way!
